Screen shots for mac-help!!

Can anyone help me post a screenshot? i know where to find them, i don't know how to post them. I've tried pressing on the paper clip thing, but every time i click upload then i close it nothing happens. I've treid copy+paste, copy+paste using preview, nothing works!

So can anyone help me?

Here is what you do:

1) Upload, then close.
2) Then, you click on the little down arrow next to the paper clip thing.
3) A little screen will come up, and a little screen shot thing will come up, click on it.
4) Post.

Not sure if this is totally accurate though.

You need an image hosting site, I'll edit and give you the link to it on one of the threads. Tinypic and Photo-bucket are two that people use.
