My game keeps crashing at Kings Head

Every time I enter the front gates of King's Head, the game freezes and I lose the connection. I've already mentioned this to them at the "Contact Us" section. I just want to know if I'm the only one experiencing this issue. This sucks because my quest requires that I go to King's Head :sadmh9:
I've been suggested that I re-install. How do I do that?

To reinstall, uninstall the game launcher from your desktop and reinstall it from Disney's website. I'm not quite sure how you reinstall the game if you use your browser, but when I find out i'll tell you.

Secondly, have you tried lowering your graphics option to low?

I have the same problem at Skeleton bosses. I can't figure out how to stop it.

Edit: Try changing your graphics option. On the desktop mode, click graphics option on the bottom part. Change it to Direct x9. I don't know why but it helps. Mu graphics was on Open Xl or something and my game would crash alot.

I use the browser. I don't have the game installed on my computer. I didn't even know you could do that. How do you?

And no I haven't. I'll try that

That did it! It worked Thank you so so much! And thank you for telling me that I could download the game directly. Not only does it work better, but it looks better too. Thanks a lot!

You can change the game API at this link. Try changing it to Direct x9 to see if it helps. http://piratesonline.go.com/#/help/change_api.html
