Chat in TEST
 

Is anyone else having problems with chat in Test? Normally I am able to chat fine by typing but i don't think people are seeing my chat now. It's ok when I whisper (which is a pain as you can't just click on the message like toontown) but not in local or crew. Im not a founder as I'm in the UK and can't pay yet but have my test account for ages. Is this why? Anyone else got problems.
The sppedchat is rubbish as i cant see anything to ask what quest people are working on to help them especially on a ship!

While I am not on test, these issues are also plaguing the live game. I have tried many times to whisper or to crew chat only to have it made public or not go anywhere at all.

Unlimited access people can free chat. In the speed chat, you can talk about your quests using the Quests option.

I find that most people just don't talk at all. No one asks to invite me into a crew, they just invite.

Even when I try to get people to say something, I get either a 'yes', 'no', or 'bye' reply.

Although I did have a nice conversation with another female toon while playing poker. That was the rare occasion.

I don't think the problem is your not a paid account. My kids have a basic account and they don't have issues. I'd try 2 things. Its either your account settings through the Disney website. Where its not enabled for you to be about to chat freely. or in the game, next to the chat line there is a square. The plus should be on. That one more doesn't have the major sensor. I'd try your settings on the site. When you go to log the game on, at the bottom it says "Manage Account"
