Yes, it does, and it's totally worth it!

Edit: Never post and try to sink ships at the same time...

Anyway, I've put three skill points on the taskmaster ability, so my broadsides now recharge 9% faster. Even the 3% is a huge improvement.

I don't have to go on about how having it recharge faster helps out big time, as I'm sure you can think of a few ways yourself. ;)

Oh ya, i'm sure it will be much better. Several times, i'm going against a 30+ ship, and that last broadside before i come about is cut so close sometimes
