"Bad Accound ID or Password"
 
Everytime I try to log in now I get this message saying that I have a " Bad Account ID or Password". I have been playing on the test server since its release and have been playing pirates since beta testing 1. It worked last night, but not now. What should I do?

I get that sometimes after I disconnect - usually i have to close the launcher window all the way down and try again. Always works after that. I've wondered if it still thinks the account is in use.

I know it's a stupid thing to say, but make sure you haven't got caps lock on. I've had some panic issues getting into games in the past and sure enough I found out I hit the button without knowing, and that was the problem all along. :P

This has happened to me a couple of times. The first time I sent in a bug report and they sent a reply the nextd day saying they were aware that this had been happening and that they were working on the problem. It was late when it happened, so I quit trying after a few attempts (and I had shut down the launcher a few times, but still wasnt able to log in), but the next day I was able to log in with no problem.

The second time was also very temporary, and if I remember right, I switched PC's and was able to long in right away.

I have to say, the first time it happend, it freaked me out a little bit, wondering if somebody had gotten managed to log on to my account and change the password or something, but after receiving their email assuring me it was a bug they were working on I quit worrying).

No my caps lock isn't on and it still isn't working. I notified POTCO and they got back to me asking for these log files or whatever and i just sent those to them today. I've restarted my computer and everything so that isn't it either. Log-in info hasn't changed because i can log on any other Disney site.

just keep trying, I'm getting that msg too and I just try my password over and over until it works :)
