Sloop Questions
 

First hello I'm new to this site but this question has started to bug me so here it is.Do you think that they should make sloops a little better.I thought of this because when you read about what real pirates sailed they say that the ships were fast and easy to maneuver.That sounds like a sloop.I just think they should make the sloop class a little better.Add a couple more cannons and a little more armour.Does anyone agree?

Yeah! What about war sloop becoming something like normal coloured black pearl! i mean pirate coloured, not black. It would be way cool.

Well the Sloop is not buit for get slammed and for plunder, it is made for being quick and make fast-dash attacks. If they added to the Sloop thus there will be no equal compettion. My opinion.

I don't want them to change anything for the sloop. As titanic said, it is meant for fast attacks, maneuvering well, and hit and run attacks. The current sloop is perfect for that. I would prefer that they didn't change it. And with adding more cannons and hull power comes making it slower, and the sloop is supposed to be there for speed. Not to mention that if it was slowed down, it would no longer be too useful in SVS.

Yeah, I like the sloop how it is too. Great for hit and run, and easy to avoid damage because you can just run in circles around your enemy ships.

well in that case... We need a Black Pearl/Queen Anne's Revenge-Class!!

Ok, I don't see how taking a fast, agile ship and turning it into something as slow and bulky as the BP would do anyone good. Sloops aren't made to take massive amounts off damage. As others have said that Sloops play a vital part in SvS.
