Timeline for the Game?
 

I've been trying to figure out where in the timeline this game is set. Has anyone figured it out?

It isn't set after At World's End. We know this because Tia Dalma is still in mortal form, Will Turner is still in Port Royale, and Elizabeth Swann is concerned about the safety of her father. Furthermore, Cutler Beckett is still a figure in the events.

It isn't set between Dead Man's Chest and At World's End because Jack Sparrow is running around handing out quests.

It isn't set between Curse of the Black Pearl and Dead Man's Chest because Will Turner apparently knows Tia Dalma (who he met during Dead Man's Chest) and the East India Trading Company is after Will (which didn't happen until the beginning of Dead Man's Chest when they arrested him).

So, I'm a little curious as to when this game is supposed to take place in relation to the events of the movies. I just can't get it to square with the timeline of events established in the movies. If it is something that is just seperate from the movies, I'm fine with that.
