problem with update
 

Is anyone else having issues with the new update today? I tried to update the game but my antivirus software keeps popping up that there is a threat in the update and deletes it. Then the report a bug automatically pops up on my screen and won't even finish loading. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
I just wondered if anyone else had this same problem??

No, and friends are saying they aren't either. But I suggest uninstalling game and reinstalling. hope this helps mate.

I cannot log in at all. I keep getting a "Certificate Expired!" notice, and it says to cancel; the log in. :erti101:

I suggest live chat, the people who work on it are friendly and helpful. if it weren't for them every time i'd try to play POTCO i'd be staring at a proxy error web page.

Try disabling your Antiviruis. That should work.

its so buggy u get infamy for every sink no matter wat and when i was going to do pvp my weapons wouldnt open because i tp of a ship

Mine was also doing the certificate expired thing too. then it would go to the "Report a bug page" automatically.

And I can't do live chat because it won't get past the report a bug page. All i can do is report a bug...

I got the same problem after an hour of trying it worked -_-.
Also if you go to PvP from being in water, you are half in the ground floating until you move.

Ok i disabled my antivirus which seemed to have worked. Hopefully after it updates I will enable it and everything will be good.

No problem Cons! Anyone having slow loading update loads? That freeze and are not loading?

I went to Live Chat and "Chris" told me it was my Security program, and to notify them to add Pirates. That didn't seem right, but I called my company anyway, and after 20 minutes on hold, I decided to figure it out myself. So, I tried to log in again, and when the 'Signature Expired' notice came up, instead of clicking 'Cancel', I clicked 'View Certificate'. The certificate popped up, and there was a choice to 'Run' it, so I clicked that, and Voila! New update loaded. But....it took FOREVER for it to load. It froze twice, and then when I actually got on 2 hours later, the ground was white in PR and Tortuga. But it went away. :pirate30:
