SvS Competition

I am going to host an SVS Compition after Infamy hits live.

This will be a battle of the Rust Buckets! (Light Galleons)
My question is this:
Go with a crew?
Or Solo?
My vote is for solo.
What say ye?

Please tell me the time and place! Ill bring my leaky rust bucket!

SEAKING23 03-07-2011 07:16 PM

LOL i guess i will have to crew on with Mr. awesome.... make sure he doesn't hit a rock and sink. :D

Crew......

Crew. A lot of big SvSers prefer gunning to sailing, so it wouldn't be too fair for them. Plus, its good for building teamwork and such.

Captain Sharktooth 03-08-2011 12:52 AM

I might decide to go on one of my little guys, since one of them has a Light Galleon. Or, I could just go on my regular pirate and just crew up with someone else. :P But, yah, crew is much better.

So it looks like rust bucket with crew, be favored. Any other restrictions?

leo 03-09-2011 12:54 AM

I prefer crew, but with crew it will be who has the best crew available in contrast to where being solo only with broadsides, it would be more fair and equal to all players of any level.

If we did do it with crew, we would definitely have to make sure the crews were somewhat balanced. I don't mean that all the cannon levels of the crewmates must be the same, but we shouldn't have a crew with a bunch of mastered cannoneers vs. a crew of mates who don't even have thunder, aye?

Agreed thats why solo would be easier to organize with no drama but with a crew it sounds more fun:mat:

Looks like I will do it both ways! Solo Captain vs Captain. Then a crew battle. Heck we will do both!

INFAMY IS LIVE!!!! Please tell me where to be and when to be there!

Shalini_rose 03-11-2011 12:40 AM

I might have to get a light galleon. I never bother with them, I save my money until I am able to buy a full galleon.
