L@@k for a shortcut of not going to thieves den
 

If you wish to not enter thieves den becuase you keep on getting killed (like me) there is a shorter way to kill the officers. Start off at O'Malley's shipwright and walk through the big stone like arch, now turn right and you will see a brown door/ Inside this will be one officer, around level 6 or 7. You kill this officer and then another one appears. This does less damage to your health and is much safer.

Yep, always helps to look around for lower lvl enemies...

I died 4 times trying to kill a lvl 15 venus flytrap for Tia Dalma...

Then I went around the corner and found a lvl 8 one waiting for me XD

is this on port royal or tortuga? i tried both and didnt find what youre talking about.

The office referred to is one that is on the side of Doc Grog's place in Tortuga. There is no marker on the door, just a plain brown door right next to the arched entry to the area.

isn't that the office where you get the documents off the desk? there's a lvl 5 guard there. i killed him and thing happened...
