Unable to Log-In?

I searched around a little, but I haven't found anything so here it goes.

I'm wondering why I am unable to log into POTCO Test. Are there different usernames that I am not aware of? I got my e-mail which stated my username, then when I tried to log in it said my password was incorrect. I figured it must be wrong because I doubt I'd remember it anyway, so I changed it as it requested. Now I can't even log in with my changed password. Is this happening to anyone else, or will I need to get further help from their Contact Us?

Thanks in advance for your help and support,
Mike

I didn't think there was any way to sign up for test. Last I checked the only people who have test accounts this time are the former beta-testers. Oh and to answer your question, yes Test and Open have different usernames/passwords.

I am a former beta-tester. Would the account username and password be the same as when I played during beta? Thanks for your help :)

Well, that's something someone else will have to answer, cause although I signed up for beta, they never took me.

There are two different launchers for Open and Test. Make sure you have the Test launcher.

See here for more details about downloading the Test launcher.

Thanks, but I've tried that already. I got the following e-mail, which I followed:

Thanks again for all your help getting the game ready for launch - we look forward to seeing you soon on the high seas!
From the looks of that, the first sentence of the e-mail (that I showed) and the first sentence after "please note" is very contradictory. One says I should log into the regular server with my current account, but the other says my account had been transfered to the test server.

I downloaded the PC version of the test server, but it's just bringing me back to the log-in page when I attempt to log-in.

Thanks again for your help :)

Sorry that didnt help. I will offer that the two accounts in my household are able to log in on either Open or Test using the same login information. Its just a matter of choosing the correct launcher.

Good luck!

I tried their Live Support and I guess my question has been answered. Accounts created in phase one beta were not transferred over to the test server. I will go ahead and assume I made my account during the first beta stage and leave it at that. :)

Thanks for your help everyone, and I apologize for the bump.
