I didn't get either, but I assumed it was because I was in Australia!

i haven't gotten yet either, it's starting to seem like it won't be coming lol

Don't hold your breath - knowing how fast Disney sends out Toontown items (prizes, welcome kits, etc) it will be a while before anyone gets their maps.

My followup email from Disney didn't mention a cloth map. It does mention the Crew Kit:

"In the coming weeks, you'll receive an official CREW KIT that further details the benefits of membership and includes some exclusive booty! In the meantime, we've created an advanced player checklist to help get your bearings."

I called them about it a few days back and they told me that they're mailing out the packages 10 weeks after the launch. So in mid-January they should be sending them out. *headdesk*
