Unlimited for the UK?

Can anyone tell me if I can get unlimted acces in the UK. I currently have basic and a test account. When I try to upgrade basic it won't let me continue without putting a US State. I'm also on toontown which has a separate website for the UK. Anyone got any ideas??

There is a UK POTCO site:

Thanks but all that does is give you info on the game and not for signing up. I've just had an e-mail from potc to say it is only for US and canadian and the moment. Bit sad as I was hoping to sign up today as I can't seem to get on to test either this morning!

I know there's a way to do it, there are a few people from the UK in our guild. I remember discussion about it on the forum. You might want to try a search. I think they said just put in a random state or something like that. I hope you're able to get unlimited :)

I think Rose is correct, you could always fake like you lived in the U.S., I don't see how they could stop you from playing.

Hi,

I'm based in the uk and just signed up with credit card putting as much info as possible in the fields and just selected any state.

I have been plaing fine and the money has came out of my bank account without problems.

only thing I might have issues with is getting the cloth map :( as it will probably end up lost in the US somewhere in alabama or wherever I selected lol

I know how you feel mate, I live in the U.K and use Debit, not Credit cards.....

Oh well, their loss until they expand payment methods.

jg007 11-15-2007 09:06 PM

badly worded there, I am actually using a debit card not a credit card as they are pretty much the same thing anyway there should be no problems getting it accepted as credit and debit cards are accepted abroad without problems and the overseas cost for me at least was only £1

Vangelis 11-15-2007 09:18 PM

Really? lol When I e-mailed them their reply was

"Sorry, until we expand the game you cannot use unlimited. We can send you an e-mail when debit payment becomes accepted within the U.K"

Talk about sending out mixed messages to users...
