I can not log into the game as of Saturday, 2/19, 10:30 am EST
 

Been trying since last night to log into POTC. I can not use the desktop icon, I can not load the game from the Disney site. I see no messages about this. Is anybody else experiencing this weird phenomena?

Any thoughts or suggestions what I can do to resolve this situation? I checked my email to see if I had a ban, I tried a limited account, nothing is working for me.

Hows your internet? That could be the problem... otherwise you should call them or go on Live Chat.

my suggestins are 1 go to your trash bin and clean out your privcy tracks and empty it next go to tools on upper page and clean out your cookies delete all of them then reload your game to your desk top that what i do hope that helps.

Try to send in a report by giving them your log files. They could answer a few things. Or depends how old your computer is.
