Collier???
 

I've sunk every frigate and galleon I could find but still no Collier. Is this quest bugged? I have sunk and I have boarded, but still no progress.
And what's the deal with the Del Fuego Teleport quest coming up again? I did that already!


Update:
I seem to have fixed the problem with Collier by switching Worlds. I don't know if it will work on all stuck quests, but it can't hurt to give it a try.

I did this also and it worked right away. Weird.
