Hey everyone.

I was introduced to Pirates from a friend of mine over on PHF and started playing about a week ago. I Decided to come over here and start posting too.

I have two Pirates Matthew MacHayes obviously, and Jade Darkfury. Not really that far in the game yet, but I have been having fun (when the site isn't down) and might have even played with some of you.

Welcome aboard Matthew! Glad to have some fresh meat... err, new members aboard these parts! There are many fine and not so fine pirates around here, so be careful where you step. No really, be careful where you step. People leave their blades lying around. It hurts if you step on them. Some advice I have for you!

1) Listen to me, and you will stay mostly sane. If you are questioning the mostly part, it is only because nobody is sane around here.

2) Give me all of your rum. I can keep it safe from other rum thieves around here... you see, we have a rum shortage, and people are willing to do almost ANYTHING to get a hold of someone's rum.

3) See that meat lying over there? Aye, the greenish stuff. Don't go near it. No! Don't ask why. Its better left a secret for now.

4) Never, EVER, wear meaty smelling perfume or cologne. Trust me, it will not end pretty.

Here mate, have some of my rum, straight from my own collection. Jack Shipsteel can tell you all about its wonders. It is very special, you see.

Thanks for the Greetings everyone. Helps since this morning I was greeted to Pirates having reset, so I had to recreate my Pirates. Still haven't done Jade yet, so she is gone to the internet ether or whatever Disney did with the data, but I am working back on Matthew.
