this guy named jack says he lives near the game creator and he said that he will get the game creator to ban us :O i think he is liying can you guys help me?

1) He could be lying, but he may not be lying. He could easily live near them.
2) He would need to give them a legitimate reason to ban us, with solid evidence. Otherwise they won't listen to him.
3) Its hard to ban someone not using the report button, because otherwise, your account name isn't shown to Disney. Like, if he says. "Ban Davy Fireskull." that would be hard because there are loads of Davy Fireskulls.

Don't worry. He's just a bluffer and you shouldn't need to worry about him.

That I highly, highly doubt. Even if he did live near the Pirates Online HQ, it's not like he could walk in willy-nilly and say "Hey, could you ban these guys?". He would have to go through the same grueling reporting process as everyone else. And even then, if you guys did nothing wrong, I wouldn't worry. If he's just in a rage and wants to report you guys with no probable cause, he will probably be the one with the ban for false-reporting. :]
