merging accounts?

Does anyone know if you can merge accounts into the paid one?I just upgraded to unlimited and my daughters had started their own free accounts. I'm sure they'd like to keep the characters they started with, if that makes sense.

Enjoying the game (a little too much, I'm afraid):laughks2:

I'd suggest contacting live chat or emailing them and asking if they transfer characters from one account to another. They do it on Toontown, so might be willing to do the same on Pirates.

I did do a live chat with them and the merged the accounts for me. Now I wonder if we'll be able to play on separate computers at the same time.

I've tried it during beta with my son before, and it didn't work.

I'm wondering about the same thing. I'm hesitating to start a character on the basic account because I hate repeting tasks. My daughter and I both are higher levels in the test server. I wish we could merge them with a paid account.

You can't have to characters on the same account logged in at the same time. My son and I have two accounts, and whenever we accidently log in on the other one the person playing gets kicked off.

Incidently, one nice thing, if you have two accounts you can "seemlessly" switch between them on the main screen that shows your characters. In Toontown, you had to fully logoff and log back in. PotC is a little quicker to switch over.

Rats. That means we'll need two separate accounts to play at the same time!?

Yeah you'll need seperate accounts. Its all about the money ;/

In Beta i was able to "link accounts" with other Disney accounts and my friends were then able to be beta testers too, without having a key. And, we all could play at the same time. Not sure how Open works.

best of luck
