Trouble opening Pirates?
 

ok so i wanted to log into pirates yesterday AND today and apparantly it won't load or open. i've tried refreshing, and rebooting my computer but still nothing! it lets me log in and everything but after it takes me to the "Launching Dock" page, the page just goes blank and theres nothing on there. when i refresh, it's still the same. when i go back to the home page, it stays blank too! i want to contact the technical support at potco, but when i try to get the e-mail it just goes right back to the blank page of pirates. have any of you had this problem too? i just want to know if anybody else has this problem, or if its just my computer.

I am assuming you are using the internet browser for playing? I don't use it. Its buggy.

Try launching from the desktop icon. Its a lot less bugged up.

The launcher does the same thing for my mate Liz O'fury. It seems her account was bugged somehow and she talked to Disney and they did some magic now it works...

and at least now i know its not just my computer. its just the internet right? i'll try using the desktop icon to see if it works.

Try using different explorers, like if you are using IE, try Firefox, or Google Chrome, or vice versa for whichever other one you are using..

Good luck opening it up! My guildmate had a similair issue but very recently got fixed.
