kicks me out at ship launch

This has been happening all day - I get kicked out when I want to launch a ship. Everything else plays fine - any suggestions?

Which version of the game are you in? Full pay, limited , or test server? It may make a difference.

Full pay. I've also noticed that the ship selection screen is cut in half.

well other then shutting down the game and then restarting and maybe even a compy reboot the only thing Disney is gonna tell you is make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.

I guess the full pay still has bugs. They do fix it when you allert them to the problem.

It is still glitchy for me. I just bought the computer a few weeks ago - mostly because my laptop graphics card was too out of date to play current games. I'm running ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro and the driver is up to date. I guess I'm stuck in Port Royal for awhile...

grr, I have this problem I was playing fine a while ago but now when I lauch a ship I get chucked out although I have noticed that I can't add crew members at the moment so maybe the game thinks IU am still in a crew as that might cause the issue when it gets stuck trying to alert crew members?

So, it finally worked long enough to get me to Tortuga, BUT now I can't get off. All my quests are ship based. *sigh*

I chatted online with support and the guy said I wasn't the only one experiencing the problem. It isn't my system - it is the game. I am going to be the only level 40 pirate with absolutely no sailing, voodoo, or other-island experience.

So, this is how I "fixed" it - I turned down ALL the graphics. I mean - ALL graphics. Now, I can sail. It kinda stinks because, obviously, the graphics aren't as cool, but at least I can finish my quests. It still occasionally kicks me out - but not nearly with the same frequency. Hopefully, they'll figure out what makes my graphics card uncompatible and fix it.
