How can you upload a custom avatar from one of your files?

I was trying to upload my own Avatar from my files on my compter, and it said invalid file, can someone please help?

Well, it depends on what file type your trying to upload. Gif, Jpeg, and I believe Bmp are accepted file types.

Try to keep them to a 64x64 Limit...

Along with the already suggested items, the file size may be too large. Max file size for an avatar is 146.5 KB here on POF.

Well, I was just trying to draw one, and it just said it was an invalid file. Stil confused though, thanks for the help.

What sort of file are you trying to upload? What is the extension?
