Certificate missing?

My computer, on ANY browser, says that there is a certificate missing on the login page? Does anybody know how to fix this or is this happing to anybody else?

I have tried to open it on google chrome, IE8, safari, and firefox!

What's wrong? please help.:xsad:

This happens to me occasionally, too. I just bypass that warning. I know that the forums are safe and that as long as everything looks right to me, it is not a phishing site.
