what lvl can u heal people on it

You need level 3 on voodoo doll to start healing. If you already have a doll, just roll over the blank spots in the skill menu to see when you can unlock the rest.

Lvl 4 actually.

I'd suggest saving at least 2 points to put into it right away, since it starts off healing for very little.
