guide to creating a successful guild

Guide to building a guild successful guild

Several people have requested this so I have decided to post one.

So basically the first step to creating a good guild is requiting good people. I have found that some off the best people are not on servers with tons of people on them pick a server that doesn’t have a lot of people on it never the “a” servers. Now who to recruit that is not so easy but generally level 10-20 are committed to the game but not so much to their guild the higher the level the more time in there guild less possibility they will join your guild. Also talk to them before recruiting them or u end up with people who are inactive and don’t talk (except maybe to ask for help). Then there is the matter of who to promote to officer and veteran that is one part that I can’t accurately portray it is entirely based on human nature but I shale try first never promote someone the day they join the guild it doesn’t matter who it is (unless there is a preplanned gm assigned at the creation of the guild and still that is not always a good idea). An officer should be in the guild for quite a while. There is only one other exception that you can and should promote officers from a guild your merging with talk to them and the gm (of the other guild that your merging with) first. Also never expect things to take off right away a five hundred member guild in a week and you have what 10 15 active people at the most that is just lying to yourself that you have a successful guild.

Nothing here is 100% were not talking about artificial intelligence were talking about humans which are unpredictable. However everything here is based on things that are true 90% of the time.

another thing some people can be good guild masters some can't be. a good guild requires a good gm.
