Killing Crabs with me pistol, when out of nowhere comes the biggest crab I've ever seen.


Who puts a lvl 9 crab on an island with lvl 2s, 3s, and 4s?


;) That crab has owned me like 4 times now. Since it was my first day playing I thought that was amusing. Anyone else have an amusing story?

Yes, i've been king hit by a level 8 crab too :)

Fun stuff. and easy way to get back to the main island too hehe

If you think that's big, wait till you see the lvl 20+ crabs. lol

Was funny when I was killing a lvl 14 crab with my pistol, backing away as I shot it, only to back up into a huge lvl 21 crab that filled up my screen. lol

I have a quest to kill some crabs too. Are they on Tortuga? Or Another island?

The cheapest, but easiest way to avoid a high level crab is to swim in the water ;) It'll bring them to the ocean floor!

Well wait till ye see giant crabs they are 3 times bigger than the sand crabs. And 10x more dangerous.

Just wait until you see the level 20+ crabs that are going to come after you. The crabs are aggressive little buggers, they will come after you if you get within any definition of closeness to them. This first time I saw one fo the giant crabs, it scared me speechless. I mean, it was a "Holy Toledo, Batman!" moment. So yeah, if you think the level 9 rock crabs are bad, you ain't seen nothin' yet.

I swear, I'll never look at crabs the same again (in RL) after seeing the ones on POTCO.

Alright then, while on the subjuct of giant nasty beasts, where the heck are the scorpoins?

best place is wildwoods on tortuga, take path nearest the wood cutter guy.

Seems fun. I don't know about these crabs that fill up your screen, seems a little freaky, but I hope it's pretty fun to kill them.

Ha, that's nothing. I was the butcher of Devil's Anvil, killing every crab in sight. All of the sudden, I see a larger than normal green smoke coming up from the ground. I could barely make out the shape of a pincer as that level 22 Giant Crab ripped me to shreds in one blow. He was the Avenger. I will never kill a crab in vain agian.

Have you seen the dread Scorpions!? They're so nasty they fight each other. They are huge.
There are many many crabs to kill in this game. It seems every quest wants you to bag a bunch.
