They are aware of the problem.. it is across all Disney products. I spoke with the rep today and they said to try logging out and in a few times. If that does not work, be patient - they will have it fixed soon.

Yes this happens sometimes, its really quite annoying but they usually can get it fixed in a few hours with no permanent damage. Thanks for the heads up though!

Aye this has happned to me also, at first I got REALY MAD!! So I almost picked up my comp and tossed it out of the window Lol. But instead I just turned off my comp and a few hours later it was fixed. Good luck mate! And I hope it fixes for you very very soon.
