Cursed Blades question

I got a question. So the only way to find Cursed Blades is Ravens cove and Tormenta?

you should be able to find them at Port Royal from the Grave Diggers....

Cursed Blades can only be found after you complete once the Raven's Cove Story Quest. Once it is completed, you can only search on Raven's Cove and Isla Tormenta for them.
