I don't know if this is where this would go...

But after the maintenance on the game a little ago, I logged on. It said I was basic access when I got on, but a few days ago when I checked my account information it said my unlimited wouldn't end until October 10th.

What should I do about this/Where can I contact Disney about this.

and I just checked my pirate in PnC, said it was level 0, as well with like 6 or 7 other people I saw in the 10 - 15 minutes on.

As for level 0, just a bug, should be fixed soon... hopefully...

As for your basic access problem, I would call them or go on live chat. Link is on their website. Go to help, and then it should tell you.
