Um i am very confused. i just got this email. drom Pirates online entitled Pirates Support Ticket #832209 here is what is said
" Howdy Toon Pal!

We, here, at Toontown Technical Support are sorry to hear that you are having issues with our game. After reviewing the logs you submitted we have a couple of suggestions.

It may help to clear out your browser's cache. The cache is a storage space for files that your browser uses to load pages faster. Yet, if some of that information is wrong, it can cause problems. Here's how to clear your cache:

Internet Explorer 7 -

1. On the Internet Explorer menu-bar, click TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS.
2. On the GENERAL tab, in the BROWSING HISTORY section, click the DELETE... button. This will bring up the DELETE BROWSING HISTORY Box.

-Select the DELETE FILES... button to delete Temporary Internet Files
-Select the DELETE COOKIES... button to delete Cookies
After you select delete a box will appear asking you to confirm you would like to delete the files. Select Yes for each one.

3. Click CLOSE and OK.

Internet Explorer 8 -

1. On the Internet Explorer menu-bar, click TOOLS, then DELETE BROWSING HISTORY.
2. Place a check-mark in the boxes - TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES and COOKIES.
3. Press DELETE

Mozilla Firefox -

1. On the Mozilla Firefox menu-bar, click TOOLS, then CLEAR RECENT HISTORY.
2. Place a check-mark in the boxes - COOKIES and CACHE

or

1. Click TOOLS, then OPTION
2. Click the NETWORK tab.
3. Under the OFFLINE STORAGE box, click CLEAR NOW, then OK.

Also, if this does not resolve the issue, please contact us again with the folloing information for the questions below.

1. What security software is active on your computer (firewall, antivirus)?
2. Do you encounter this problem every time you play or just sometimes?
3. How long have you been running into this problem?
4. What steps have you tried on your own to fix the problem?
5. If you have managed to fix the problem on your computer, please let us know what steps you took!

First i never sent anything in second it says pirates and is from the Toontown technical support.

I do believe that A) they have entered in your email on accident and B) They copied and pasted in the wrong general "It's not our fault, it's yours" email. Haha! D fails. Did you try and send them an email back yet?

Hehe, I've gotten return emails from Toontown when I sent bug reports to Pirates. I find it hilarious, since I don't even play Toontown.

Maybe Toontown took over POTCO.

Seems to me they think ToonTown is more important then POTCO... THIS MEANS WAR!! :degen::pirate111za1::pirate31::forum smiley sword: Or maybe their Tech support is the same for TT and POTCO and the people got confuzzled on which game...
