access problem again...

i have pre-ordered unlimited access and when i finally(it took forever to load) got on the test server it had me back to basic access and once again lag. now my first mate thinks i should be called sir lag alot, and i say i have to agree.

OFF TOPIC:
i don't understand why they have to put ads and have more lag for non-paying players. just because they don't pay!

When did you pre-order? Could it be that it takes a few days to kick in? I would email them if it's been more than a few days. Regarding the lag, did you put all your options on low?

1. before i got me beta key wich was about 3 weeks ago.
