Looking for an active/mature guild that holds plundering premades daily. I'm still a bit low lvl but I already know my way around the game.

I have a great shot when using the cannon instead of mindlessly spamming straight at the enemy. When the ship captain ask to repair the ship I'll leave my position and go straight to repairing. I'm a quick repairman so you mainly only need me to repair while the others are still firing. I'm looking for a casual guild that has a tight rules so things won't go out in flames with drama and guild mate fights.

If anybody can provide me with such a guild then you'll be earning my full loyalty and respect.

You could sit here and watch the guilds come to you, but that wouldn't do any good - they're just looking for new members, while your looking for a guild that may fit your liking. I highly suggest that you just look around the Guilds and Clans we have here on POF, and see if any meet your criteria. After you find one that looks good, PM the GM, and see if you can "test it out," to see how you like it.

Good luck finding a guild! Look around, you'll be sure to find one :) By plundering premades, do you mean guild plundering events? Partners N Crime is normally active, and if you're doing something, just ask if someone wants to join, and someone is bound to join :)
