Nope. Unless you tp to someone there who has the quest to defeat him, you can't fight El Patron and his crew again.

The chest only opens for those who are about to finish the Raven's Cove Story Quest.

I guess no one is going to want el patron sword anymore...
they should have made this one legendary too..

Essentally, you defeat El Patron, get a chest, and can only take one weapon of your choice. I suppose you can find the others?

I guess. That is what I would think. It wouldn't be right to give us only one then not give us the other 2 in some fashion.
