Mickey Tattoo

This morning I was looking around the Phase Files and found a tattoo with Mickey Mouse and "Walt Disney World". Does anyone know if this tattoo has been in POTCO before? If so, how do you get it? Perhaps you have to visit the park to get it.

No, it's never been in the game before, and I don't think it'd be coming out any time soon, either, considering the scar tattoos have been in there forever, too.

Heartless Rosaline, yes, she has one. I want a scar... a cool one going across my eye that I got from Davy Jones himself!

Maybe they could have the mickey mouse tattoos for a special event.... but I doubt I would wear it often.
