why is this Broom / oar here
 

the title says it all

Purely to confuse people who glitch into the Tortuga hill.

It's to warn people of the hidden quicksand there. Why else would it be stuck in the ground?

On a serious note, I do think that might have been a broom left unremoved from the old Tortuga.

That sounds a bit right plus that hidden dinghy off PDF.

"Here lies the broom sweeper who got lost in the remodeling. R.I.P."

But yeah, thats probably just a leftover Disney didn't feel like throwing out.

It's probably cause D was too lazy to take it out, or it might be a piece of some lost soul.. you never know.......

Does it always have to be Laziness? I am not a programmer but I do create a lot things in different ways. Sometimes, if I make a mistake, it is just easier and way less destructive to leave it in and simply cover it up.

In my work though, no one is obsessively looking to point my mistakes out.

I guess I am saying that the POTCO team might just have bigger fish to fry than taking out some random prop that is SUPPOSED to be covered up. If it bothers anyone...may I suggest, "stop glitching?"
