Few guild tips?
 

Hello all! As many of you know, I run a guild called Shadow Sorcerors, it is a great guild, nice people, always ready to help each other, etc. There are a few flaws though and I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

1) People are usually online during the day, but not too many. On average, its between 3 and 8 people. I know that a lot of guilds can get up to 20 online, any tips on how to do this? Should I just recruit a lot of people?

2) I had a meeting earlier today before the big party and only 5 people showed up, when I was hoping almost all my active players would show up. I had been reminding people for the past 2 weeks, and only five people showed up, which made me lose a bit of confidence in the guild... so, how can I get everyone together for meetings is my second question.

3) Any good ways to bring people into the guild? I tend to go to andaba every once in a while to sit around and guild people, but is there a faster way? I also wanna try to get my officers working more, I only have a few that actually work hard....
