Enemies can fall through the same holes that let you be someplace you're not supposed to be. I have seen it before, even before the islands were changed...

Enemies have always been a little crazy. They're not held by most of the rules we are. Old Samuel in the Catacombs would fly into the lava with little to no trouble, and if you round a corner, most enemies will be on you in an instant, heading straight through that supposedly solid wall. The game will ignore other rules to accommodate this one, overruling law: enemies must always reach you.

True. Fences are one of those few things that can actually stop an enemy in their tracks. But if you don't kill them soon, they'll slip through even that.

What? Skeletons cant have a life too? You know they also have feelings! He was just chillin by the volcano and you went and killed him!

Lol, sorry just had to do that. Probably some leftover from a failed invasion. He went psycho like a lot of enemies do when they disengage... and somehow ended up hanging at the top of the volcano.....
