Drawn weapon skills' circles disaapear
 

Sometimes when I'm attacking stuff, all the sudden my weapon skills all disappear, so I don't know when a skill has reloaded all the way yet 2 use numbers 2 activate it (can't click any of the circle icons at the bottom 2 activate anything either coz all the circles disappeared). Hittin' ESC 2 put away weapon & repull the weapon out doesn't help either. Any1 know how 2 fix this without having to relog?

Yeah, I get this bug every now and then too. You can click the skills if you click in the right spot, however it's really annoying because you're not always going to know where the skill is...

As far as I know, there's no cure other then logging out and in.

Same goes for sailing if you use leadership and you click other items like open fire it wont work except numbers broadsides still work though.

Just put your weapon away, then take it out again. Works for me....
