It's a random loot drop. I have received about 20 of them and sold them immediately. I have gotten most of them from Darkhart...

But yes, ex is correct. The coat used to be only in stores, but now it is a rare loot drop. Usually you get tons from Darkhart.

It's one of the most over-rated pieces of clothing in the game (Sorry Del :laughks2:). It's been available in shops (on Padres) for a very long time, and shouldn't be rare. It's still on Padres if you want to buy it though.

Aye, it's definitely the boys only. I never remember seeing it in girls, and we usually have different clothes anyway. But I have 2 male pirates.... :)

Just keep working with Darkhart and you'll eventually get it :dancetl6:
