Friends list

Is there an limit to how many friends you can have? I have tried to friend people who have full list of friends. (I talked to them before trying to add them to my friend's list.) I have open chat if that makes a difference. :buds:

Open chat doesn't make a difference. Everyone has a max of 100 friends, and player friends (200 total). However with player friends, when you reach 100, other pirates can still send you requests, just not the other way around.
