Question About Bloodfire Cutlass
 

Why is it that when I use it on Captain Celtics the fire is orange, but when I use it on my younger pirate the fire is green? Not that it really makes a difference, just wondering why its a different color.

Are you sure that your younger pirate isn't using the darkfire cutlass? The fire on that one is green.

Are ya sure it wasnt the Darkfire Cutlass on your younger pirate?

It may depend on the type of sword the bloodfire is. Or the level may matter. Or the level of flames may matter as well.

I am one thousand percent sure that I am using the Bloodfire Cutlass.

Well there are three kinds of Bloodfire weapons:

Bloodfire Cutlass
Bloodfire Broadsword
Bloodfire Sabre


I don't have any of those me self, ( I want Bloodfire Sabre lol ) But the color might depend on which kind of sword your using.

i have a blood fire cutlass and sabre and both have the same color flames. orange.

ok,,,,i posted a thread on this a while ago...but maybe i deleted it for space...my bloodfire cutlass occasionally burns green...usually after i use another weapon, doll or my mending staff which is a nature staff...doesn't happen every time...I've noticed it happens more in Tormenta..

Also, if you have another sword que'd up...use your bloodfire til its burning good...pull the other sword(i like one with a lot of stuff or healing on it)...the new one pulled will burn continuously and you can use the skills on the new sword...when i first did it...the rep stayed the same...

but its prob been reported like the dark aura staff bug and that one got fixed...soooo...the benefit of the bloodfire probably isn't carried over anymore ....just the flame...it just thrills peeps..."how do you keep it burning??" lol I didn't pay attention to damage done tho...maybe i will next time i use it.

That makes sense because after I used another weapon it was green, and when I logged on again it was orange and I also had not used any other weapons that time. Your explanation makes sense, thanks.

when i used the blood fire cutlass it change color depending on how full the meter was white to bright red

I was using my Bloodfire Broadsword during an invasion a few weeks ago, and oddly enough it was green fire... dont think I had used my Darkfire recently either....
