Just keep using curse, grave shackles to kill the gravedigger, then you get tons of rep but takes lots of time.
By the way what doll is that?

I've done this too. My record was 179 rep off of a level 1. But since the max rep of of a weapon is 115, you need to use more than one.

I used Curse, Grave Shackles, Throw Sand (dagger) and Taunt (cutlass). Lots of fun if you have nothing to do.
