Any Suggestions on Updating Directory
 

I'm hoping we can get some good suggestions that pirates online may consider.Right now it is frustrating when you know someone plays the game and it shows No Reults.
This area needs a major overhaul and needs to be user friendly and accurate/

And also needs to be accessible from outside the US.

I dont know about other areas but if I try and access it from the UK I get sent to my regional Disney site and there is no access available from that!

Yea..... very sad if you ask me. They have been down for about a month now. Including the leaderboards. Have sent pirates staff a couple of emails and they all think that it is updating every night. Of course, they are wrong. No matter how many emails I sent, I just couldn't convince them that they were broken.

If players want this working send feedback. when you go to exit out it says do you want to exit etc there is a section to send feedback. I've sent a number of them on that feedback section and things got corrected.At least it lets them know how you feel.

On July 7th they posted this "Certain Leaderboard stats are not displaying properly on the web site. We are investigating the cause and will try to resolve this promptly." That could mean they'll fix it soon.

There are so many problems with the leaderboards. A lot of the stats are incorrect due to cheating (as well as it being down for very long). Dieing in PVP always counts towards times in jail, even if you clearly aren't in jail. PVP wins also count as losses. At one time even afking on a boat would count towards sinking ships (assuming your crew was doing anything), even if you yourself never shot once. I don't see them fixing any of it, unless they have already (excluding ships, since they messed with that a little).

Hopefully they do something, as the leaderboard and directory being broken ruin the purpose of having them in the first place.

Are you checking DXD? On pirates main site the directory is included. I am barely out of U.S. and can access it. I couldn't with DXD.

The information i recieved said you have to sign into Dx in order to view the directory.Then you go to community on pirates and then directory.

All you have to do is hit the Play button (which signs you into the site), then you can view the leaderboards for your pirate.

You can still access the directory and leaderboards without signing in. However you can't see your own stats.

You don't need DXD anymore. Like SvenO said you can just go to POTCO main site to watch that info.

I tried signing into play several times and it did not work. The previous way i explained did. Pirates that i know exist said no results. So bottom line is that it doesen't work.

That is exactly where i end up. But when i search for pirates i've played with in game and are unlimited it shows no results.

Maybe there is a typo of sorts. I can find even those that have similar names to my pirates.
