Why can't I get more notoriety?
 

I recently became level 14 and it seems none of the notoriety I earn shows up. Is this because I'm basic access or what?

Yes, it's because you're basic.

Aye, because you are basic, if you get unlimited, you will be able to go to level 50 and reach up to level 30 weapons.
