Gold stealing bandits are threatening the very livelihood of many good townspeople! The Navy is required to fight them but alas, they're too inexperienced to fend them off. So Pirates, man your stations and get to the Cannon Defense Fortresses to stop them! The Marceline Guild is hosting a "Let's Sink 'Em All" event to shore up your cannon skills and keep those pesky bandits at bay. Don't miss the chance to crew up with Old Sooty, Xavier Hench and other members of the Marceline Guild! Fight on mates, 'til the bandits raise the white flag, eh?

What: "Let's Sink 'Em All" Cannon Defense Event
When: July 9 & 10
2:00PM to 3:00PM & 5:00PM to 6:00PM
All Times Pacific Time/Los Angeles
Where: Cannon Defense Fortresses are at Fort Charles on Port Royal, on Tortuga in the Graveyard, and Padres del Fuego at Fort Dundee

You're KIDDING. This won't cause the most epic of the epic lag at all. How do they plan to pull this off?

Bandits ? um, we are the BANDITS! :pirate91: how about an event where we turn the cannons on the Fort and make the Navy earn those stripes and while we are at it we can tear down the new buildings on Kings ! If a bunch of us start running amuck like the PIRATES we are maybe they will be sticking doors back up and locking them LOL

Your guess is as good as ours, its whatever they choose, randomly. More than likely an A-C server.

Guess we just gotta find the GM's on a random server.

I prefer to use the same technique Disney uses for choosing a server for an event. Put the names of all the servers on little pieces of paper, throw them all up in the air, and which one I catch, I go to.

But, I'm pretty sure we all know, thanks to this event, you can kiss a CD spot on an A server goodbye.

I agree, that is a little odd to be firing on our mates... if i join in on this event, it will be with my Co. Empire member- just so that there is at least ONE Lieutenant out there that isnt too inexpirienced to do their job XD

Also, yes this does seem like the lag event of the season- im curious as to how well its working...

Now if they had made it a Guild vs Guild event...One guild in the ships and the other on the cannons?

Awesome I can't wait till the event!

Am looking all around for them.... still cannot find em. They can be on any random server on padres, tortuga, or port royal. They sure didn't make this easy for us.
