Ok so I was going to go get the fathers day quest from Jack but it said I needed to complete one of my fortune quests before accepting another one..

What is a fortune quest...?

Usually a fortune quest will refer to things like, tattoo, jewelry, and or clothing quests. However, I had a pirate that for over two weeks was told she could not pick up a quest because she needed to get rid of fortune quests first. In all that time all she ever had on the books was a single weapons quest and the Pearl Quest. After about two weeks, boom she could pick up the quest I wanted. So if you don't have jewelry, tattoo or clothing quests open, it could be just a glitch.

Aww that stinks.. I only have one fortune quest lol.
