Auto pilot
 

Hey i found a way to auto matically keep your ship accelerating.

1. set the direction your headin
e.g. Tortuga

2. Hold the foreward button

3. Hold the right mouse button

4. Let go of foreward button

5. Let go of mouse button

Voila! your moving on autopilot

If I press the forward arrow (or W key if you aren't using arrows) you should keep sailing until you press the "s" or down arrow. THe one you give works, but much more work. Just thought I'd save you a step!!

Or about four steps ;) When sailing, just press up as the only button pressed and you'll be on autopilot. When running or swimming, hold down up, press R, then let go of both.
