Has anyone got one on open yet? I know they dropped on test.

No I haven't. I have been searching for one like crazy. I got it on test, but it seems they took it out when it came on open.

*jealous* Can we see a picture of your pirate modeling it? I didn't know they had such drops in the game...that's pretty darn nifty! =)

Is it a "guys only" thing? ( or should I say.. ANOTHER "guys only" thing)?

I hope not.. I've been looking for one for ages! I have a nice outfit planned for it already.

I saw a girl pirate with it playing poker on open.

It's for anyone. However, they either reduced the chance of getting it by a lot.. or removed it. I had it on Test multiple times, but after the many resets it finally disappeared.

This is what I feared! I do hope to find it.

Just today when playing poker, I saw a girl wearing a Navy Hat.

Was she a NPC, or player pirate?

I think it is a NPC. PrideOfPearl saw her too.

Aye, the girl in the tricorn is a regular in the taverns.

I think they were removed... Sigh... That would look nice on Dan. I've gotten an admiral's hat but no other navy clothes.
