Has anyone been able to capture Archer in the rum quest? The task description and the task are different, one says EITC flagship and the other says Navy Frigate. I've boarded both many times and haven't been able to find Archer. I was sailing with someone else today that's stuck at the same place. Just wondering if he exists.

I'm starting to think Archer doesn't exist yet lol. I was talking to someone else in the game and that person hasn't been able to find Archer either. :(

Edit: Just found him today on a Navy flagship. He does exist after many boardings! lol
