Well, I'd go with something about the game for one, not something like..... Puppy Dogs in Space (I have no idea where that came from, so don't ask). Also, something that has a connection to you. So you could say something like Barbossa's Pistol Pushers or something like that. You know, go with things that make sense.

Oh, and if you do use that one, make sure I'm in the guild. :D Sarah once again is guildless

that sounds awesome

Royal Flush sounds good, and that's why it's already been taken. I just checked the directory. Sorry mate

This is JUST my opinion, so take it for what it's worth. But this is what I think a good guild should have.

1. An active GM. If you are the GM you are the leader of the guild and people depend on you to keep the guild running.
2. A good name.. something related to the GM, to the game, or both
3. Simple rules ( such as ask before you teleport to a member)
4. Occasional activities that pull the guild together. The invasions and fleets are examples, everyone in the guild knows we do these together. It's also fun to plan other activities to do together
5. A guild site. While most of my guilds have a separate guild site, creating a thread here at POF is just as good ( See the Pixie Piratez thread as an example). You need a place to brag about members, post guild screen shots, announce planned activities and meetings, etc.

Just some things to think about as you plan your guild. Good luck mate and I wish you all the success in the world.

:smiley-rpg028:o well, its already taken ill try my fav. band : kingspaded..

Kat Five Knives 05-16-2010 07:04 PM

Or a variation of that.. Spaded Kings.. King's Spade, etc

Edit.. Now that I think about it, Spaded Kings is a bit too close to spayed Kings.. not sure if u might take some ribbing for that one :)

i found out what i would really like to name it, Titan (is that taken)
EDIT: KINGS ARM NOW :p

Kat Five Knives 05-16-2010 10:24 PM

Yes. there are 5 pages of guild names that begin with Titan, including Titan alone.

I suggest you go to the disney pirates online site, click on community, then on Player page. Log in where you see the back pack. Then click on your pirate's card at the bottom where it says guild

A guild directory will pop up where you can search for a guild name. If you think of one, type it in and see if it exists.

Good luck to u mate.
