Appearently Captain Walter has been found.. only, not the way we last saw him. Captain Walter just recently appeared on Cuba - in ghost form! I got there only seconds before he left, but I did manage to grab a screenie:

For those of you who can't read it, he's saying "Find the Marceline guild... help them uncover the truth...." "...... I'm so weak........"

What an interesting development! I've heard hes made a few appearences, so if anybody has the full conversation, please share :)

Does that mean he's dead or that he's going all voodoo? Is he actually a ghost or just a vision? Anyone have more screenies or met the good captain?

All Walter did was say the same lines over and over again. I wonder if he will keep the ghost form for a while?

I'm thinking that he was repeating himself because it was just a message to us and that he is trapped on one the new islands seen in the phase files. That would be a really crazy twist, eh? Do you think disney would really kill off good old captain walter?

Captain Walter could be dead, or using a ghost spell to ask pirates to warn his guild about his capture.

This is just my opinion, but if he's a ghost he's either, A.) Dead or B.) Using a spell to act as a ghost.

Right. Ok, sorry, I think I worded this wrong. I meant Rott is all of the above, so why should we believe him when he says Walter is dead.

I'm willing to go along with the fact that Walter is dead, but I'm hesitant about it. We know that El Patron's sword makes you a ghost without making you actually DEAD. Therefore, it is possible to become a ghost without dying. I'm going with the theory that's been thrown around that he's on one of the new islands. The question is, when will they be released so we can find them, and subsequently, him?

AHHH!! I had been hoping that the rumors on the Grog Blog weren't true! I was at the event today with Sandra Tew and Rose Winsome. We confronted Rott and he told us that he and Walter were in a duel and Walter, who is a master swordsman, lost! I'm hesitant to believe because Rott is a lying RATT! Sandra said that she didnt feel the presence of Walter anymore! I'm still hoping that Walter is alive, though very weak as he says. Maybe we will find him. He keeps saying find the Merceline to discover the truth and that he is very weak. He could be barely clinging to life somewhere...Let's see where this leads us...
